By accessing Toolfinity, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use.

2. Our Free Service Commitment

All 31 core tools are free, forever. No premium tiers, no paywalls. We may introduce optional premium features in the future, but today's tools will always remain free and unrestricted.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Toolfinity is for legitimate, lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Upload or process illegal content or material that violates others' rights
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or attack our infrastructure
• Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the service
• Process malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Use tools for harassment, spam, or fraud

Violations may result in blocking.

4. Your Content

Your files belong to you. Most processing is local — we don't see or store your content. For any server-side processing, files are automatically deleted and never accessed by humans.

5. Intellectual Property

The Toolfinity name, logo, and original code are our IP. Output files you create belong to you.

6. Disclaimer

Toolfinity is provided "as is." We strive for accuracy but don't guarantee error-free operation. Keep backups of important files.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Toolfinity isn't liable for indirect damages. Our liability is limited to zero (since the service is free).
